Message from the Pastor

Dear Church Family:

Here we are already in July, 2010. WOW how time flies! Children are out of school and summer is in full swing with all of its extra demands of time and energy.

I want to encourage you today that God is still in charge and what man does is working into the hand of God so that in the end He will be glorified. To be sure, man is responsible but God’s purposes will ultimately be fulfilled. We must live like the Bible is really true because it is and that is what we will be judged on when we stand before God.

Even in these busy times we must put God and our relationship with Him first. He will not allow any thing else to share His glory. With all the demands on your time, please do not allow anything to come between you and your relationship with the Lord.

Make it a priority to invite someone to come to church with you. Many are seeking the truth and we can help them to find that fulfillment that comes only through Jesus Christ.

Let’s keep our faith strong this summer as we work diligently toward moving into the new ministry facility. May our resolve be to attend worship in the house of God, helping the people of God. This is not the time to slack off, it is the time to come together and complete what God has started. We need you to make an effort to meet the building fund commitment and the general fund requirements. Please pray about what God would have you give that may be above what you normally give. I appreciate you and thank God for each of you. He has called each of us for this time, let’s finish strong together!
